About the Recipe
Use this when you’re feeling hot, agitated, or breaking out—especially in warm weather or after eating heavy, greasy foods. This remedy helps release internal heat, supports healthy skin, and gently clears the Liver and Stomach without weakening digestion.

Handful of fresh mint (1–2 sprigs)
Optional: pinch of sea salt or slice of fresh ginger (if prone to cold or loose stools)
Preparation
Rinse mung beans well and soak for 1–2 hours (optional but speeds cook time).
Bring mung beans and water to a boil, then reduce to simmer.
Cook ~30–40 minutes or until beans begin to break down.
In the last 5 minutes, add fresh mint.
Strain or serve as-is, depending on preference (8-10oz serving).
