We sit and talk.
Someone brings what they’re stuck in, and instead of rushing past it, we stay there and figure out what’s actually happening.
I’ll ask questions, reflect patterns, and offer perspective. Sometimes directly, sometimes through examples or analogies so you can see it from a different angle.
It’s not about analyzing everything or giving you a script to follow. It’s about helping you recognize what you’re doing while you’re doing it.
