Uncovering Authenticity
In my work with this group, the focus is on helping individuals discover their genuine selves. Many people tend to adopt various personas in different areas of their lives, leading to a disconnect between their true identity and the roles they play. The goal is to:
Encourage self-reflection and introspection.
Identify and challenge limiting beliefs and behaviors.
Foster an environment of trust and safety.
Promote vulnerability and openness in sharing experiences.
